Enterprise report portal is web-based data mining & reporting tool, which will be helpful for easy business intelligence, enabling customers to measure, analyze, report and manage his/her business at any time from anywhere in the world. The application is above replicating the whole windows-based Enterprise report application into the web-based cloud-hosted application. The application will connect all the POS machines to the server in a real-time allowing real-time import of data.

Existing windows-based Enterprise report application instance is supporting single customers. Hence, it is not possible for the customer to access this POS report application outside his/her workstation. There are several drawbacks of the existing windows- based Enterprise report application:
- Customer has to import the POS machine’s revenue data manually.
- So, can’t generate reports of real-time data.
- High cost of maintaining IT support staff.
- Unavailability of revenue statistics graphs.
- Unavailability of real-time revenue data of store when needed.
- Flat and poor database structure.
