• Having strong experience in dealing with the HNI prospects and clients
• Strong communication skills and familiar with IT technicalities.
• Preferably from product or service-based IT company
• Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Well versed with any CRM software
• Having experience in sales/Marketing or similar roles
• Ability to manage complex projects and multi-tasking skills.
• Excellent organizational skills

Roles &Responsibilities:

• Should be able to strategize, manage & execute end to end marketing and sales operations.
• Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
• Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
• Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
• Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
• Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
• Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
• Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
• Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring to meet targets as per the set deadlines.
• Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
• Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth
• Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives
• Researching prospective accounts in target markets
• Pursuing leads and moving them through the sales cycle
• Developing quotes and proposals for prospective clients
• Setting goals for the business development team and developing strategies to meet those goals.
• Training business development staff
• Should have knowledge/Experience on digital Marketing & Social Media Marketing.
