Core BA

• Requirement gathering, understanding and elicitation
• Bridge the gap between client and technical team
• Can take responsibilities for all the correct requirement understanding
• Can own and manage client communications with managing requirement calls and status calls
• Understand the thorough requirements and support project team to understand requirements and client objectives
• Resolve queries for team, stakeholders and clients for projects
• Excellent communication skills. Maintain clear communication to achieve client’s business objectives
• Provide solutions to clients, stakeholders, team members where and when required
• Good understanding of business processes, requirements and can define roadmap
• Can provide futuristic solutions and approaches
• Convert raw requirements into the technical solutions
• Own requirement documents and track the project progress and manage status
• Keep track of project timelines, milestones and deliverables
• Should be able to create, maintain & manage the BRD / FRD, Use Case Documents, Functional Flow Charts. Own designs, business process documents, training documentation, test documentation etc. NFR – Non functional requirements
• Own daily stand-ups, walkthrough of BRD/FRD, designs, project execution process etc.
• Good knowledge of functional testing
• Analyze CR, enhancements and in/out of scope points for clients and take further steps accordingly
• Restrict client to adhere to scope and push for chargeable change requests
• Resolve all the client and team conflicts
• Ownership of all project execution processes being followed
• Follow all the SDLC processes by collaborating with different teams - Software Development Life Cycle
• Well aware about agile product execution methodology. Should be able to create, manage and own product backlog.
